This is a real common problem. Loose and hanging connections at the attic fan switch. A perfect way to start an attic fire.

Copper only outlets used with aluminum wiring. This is comnmonly seen and this is what causes house fires. There are outlets designed for use with aluminum wire but most people go for the cheaper copper outlets not relizing how dangerous it is just to save a dollar. *

The conduit is deperated and the cover not covering is bad enough. But lets keep it exciting and add a leaky gutter to the mix.
