This is a wood burning fireplace chimney flue that is seperated. Withouit an inspection, this new home could have easily burned down.

No insulation in these exterior walls.

The floor insulation is falling everywhere in this new house. It's actually amazing that any of it is still up because they did not install the wire retainers anywhere.

At first glance this attic looks to be well ventilated..?? Better take a closer look..

This dryer vent was never directed to the exterior and consequently the moisture has fostered significant mold growth and roof rot. These plastic vents are also responsible for many house fires and should be replaced with rigid metal.
