In a time when property inspections were merely a concept, Final Analysis Property Inspections was founded by visionary entrepreneur Daniel Rogers in 1991. Drawing upon his extensive background as a builder, quality engineer, and technical writer, he envisioned a company that would define the standards of property inspections and provide a viable service to his clients.

Completing many thousands of inspections across 35 years, Dan says trust and ultimate client satisfaction is the bedrock of his success.  His commitment to competency, accuracy, transparency, and clear communications is at the core of his values as each inspection gets the care and dilligence it deserves.

Anthony is a senior inspector who functions as the inspection supervisor and lead trainer with the company.  A devoted inspector, he is a walking book of knowledge when it comes to homes and systems, old or new.  We all go to him for the difficult answers. His intellectual savvy does not go unnoticed by his clients. Emily with her husband has owned and operated their logistically demanding and successful Events business for 20+ years. During the Covid-19 shutdowns in 2020, they decided it would be a great opportunity for Emily to pursue full time, her lifelong interest and passion in the building sciences, construction, and inspections.  Emily has extensive experience in renovations and building systems, is a board-certified inspector, and has determined to utilize that experience and expertise as a professional Inspector to the benefit of her clients.

As a veteran of the US Marine Corps, Emily has a high work ethic and does not shy away from rolling up her sleeves and tackling some of the physical demands required of a good inspector. She goes the extra mile for her clients!  Her extensive business acumen has given her the eloquence, professional poise, and organizational skills needed to provide detailed, comprehensive, and competent inspections with exceptionally well-written reports that are second to none. 

Emily is a liscensed inspector in VA and NC with NRS designation (new residential systems), and holds national professional certifications with ASHI and NACHI

Todd Estes is a seasoned professional with a rich history of hands-on expertise and dedication. As a 20-year U.S. Navy veteran with distinguished service, Todd served as an Aviation Structural Mechanic, specializing in quality control and safety inspections. His career in the military honed his technical precision and problem-solving abilities and leadership, skills he now brings to the home inspection industry with passion and professionalism.

A lifelong enthusiast of home construction and systems, Todd has always enjoyed understanding how things work and ensuring they operate at their best. After completing a rigorous home inspector SkillBridge apprenticeship program, he seamlessly transitioned his technical acumen and intellectual skills into providing comprehensive property inspections and quickly became a leading inspector with Final Analysis property Inspections.
