Frequently Asked Questions
-
These are real questions that we are asked on a daily basis about our inspection services in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Hampton Roads and North Carolina
-
The answers will give you a better understanding of what to expect from our company, our people and how we do home inspections
The Company
Are you a franchise?
- NO, we are a locally grown, locally owned family type business serving the Hampton Roads area.
- We are only in the business of property inspections and not in the franchising business.
- We are not part of an home inspection affiliate or network sales/marketing system.
Do you subcontract your inspections?
- NO, All inspectors are direct salaried employees and work only for Final Analysis property Inspections.
- We do not farm out our inspections to independent contractors. Companies who subcontract can not guarantee quality of service or protection of their customers because it is no longer their customer once they subcontract the work.
Do you use helpers or assistants to gather data and have the report “rubber stamped” by an inspector?
- Absolutely not. Every inspection is completed by a vetted, experienced, fully engaged inspector assigned to each client from start to finish. Some larger inspections may require several certified inspectors.
Do you use the “team approach” to save time and get through the inspection faster? “More eyes are better?”
- No. Each inspection gets careful, meticulous scrutiny by one or two specialists for however long is needed. More might be faster but not better. We find that “too many cooks spoil the broth” and more eyes only see what they are looking at and not what the other eyes are seeing.
